Compared to the original 23.5R25 tire, this upgraded configuration offers higher single-tire load capacity, a larger contact patch, and improved deformation resistance, making it suitable for frequent heavy-duty operations and demanding working conditions in mines, steel mills, and stone processing plants.
2. Higher impact resistance and structural strength
The 3.0-inch flange thickness is significantly greater than that of 2.0 or 2.5-inch rims, resulting in greater overall rim rigidity: better able to withstand the severe impacts of shoveling operations and better adapt to unpaved and sharp gravel surfaces, effectively reducing rim cracking or deformation due to overload.
