The 14.00-25/1.5 rim is compatible with common 14.00-25 OTR tires. The carcass width perfectly matches the rim groove width, ensuring even tire load distribution and reducing abnormal wear. This ensures the stability of the motor grader under prolonged low-speed, high-torque operation.
Motor graders often operate on hard roads, gravel, and rough construction site terrain. The 14.00-25/1.5 rim features a thick, heavy-duty design, providing excellent load-bearing capacity and impact resistance. This effectively prevents rim deformation during high-intensity scraping and bulldozing operations.
The wider tread combined with the optimal rim width provides the machine with improved grip and handling stability during cornering, sloping, and fine leveling. It also improves traction and reduces slipping on wet or soft surfaces. The 3PC multi-piece construction ensures easy tire installation and removal, ensuring excellent airtightness and withstands the high air pressures commonly encountered on motor graders. The lock ring and side rings are strategically designed to reduce safety hazards caused by impact or uneven air pressure.
The surface is sprayed with an anti-corrosion coating to withstand mud, rain, and winter desalination environments, extending service life. The multi-piece construction facilitates maintenance and replacement, minimizing downtime and increasing equipment utilization.
