The Russian (Novokuznetsk) International Mining Exhibition, also known as UGOL RUSSII & MINING Exhibition, is one of the largest professional mining technology display platforms in eastern Russia .

The 33rd Russian (Novokuznetsk) International Mining Exhibition UGOL RUSSII & MINING in 2025 will be held at Kuzbass Fair Exhibition Center in Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo Oblast, Russia .

The first is the 17.00-25/1.7 3PC rim used on the Volvo L60E/F wheel loader.

Volvo L60E and L60F wheel loaders are a classic series of small and medium-sized loaders produced by Volvo Construction Equipment. The Volvo L60E/F wheel loader uses 17.00-25/1.7 3PC (3-piece) rims based on comprehensive consideration of the load-bearing, stability, safety and maintenance requirements of the entire machine.

The Volvo L60E/F has an operating mass of 11-12 tons and needs to support a working load of more than 7 tons under typical working conditions. The 17.00-25 tire (matching this specification of rim) can withstand sufficient load and has excellent load-bearing capacity and impact resistance, ensuring that it is not easily deformed or damaged during loading, unloading and transporting materials.

17.00-25 The tire has a wide section and a large contact area. When used with this rim, it can enhance ground adhesion and buoyancy, effectively improving the passability and stability of the L60 series on soft ground (such as mud and gravel). ---

The three-piece rim detachable structure design makes it easy to remove and install tires, convenient for maintenance, and reduces repair costs. When the high-pressure working tire suddenly loses pressure, it is not easy to fly off and burst, which improves safety. Compared with larger rims (such as 20.5 R25 with 17.00-25/2.0), 17.00-25/1.7 keeps the overall height and center of gravity lower on the L60E/F, which helps improve stability and maneuverability.

17.00-25 is a common tire specification for medium-sized wheeled equipment (such as 10-12 ton loaders). It has abundant supporting rims and tires, is more convenient to maintain and has a more reasonable cost, and is especially suitable for multi-shift operations or remote areas.

The second model is the 17.00-35/3.5 5PC rim used on the Komatsu 605-7 rigid dump truck.

Komatsu HD605-7 rigid dump truck is a heavy-duty off-road dump truck produced by Komatsu, designed for material transportation in mines, quarries and large earthmoving projects. It is highly praised for its excellent productivity, durability and operating comfort , with advantages such as high attendance rate, strong power and stable control. It is widely used as a medium and large rigid mining truck in open-pit mines, quarries and large infrastructure projects.

Komatsu HD605-7 rigid dump truck uses 17.00-35/3.5 5PC rims to meet the needs of high load, high frequency and harsh working conditions in mines.

Komatsu HD605-7 The rated load is up to 63 tons, which places high pressure-bearing requirements on tires and rims. The 17.00-35 rims are matched with wide-section tires of corresponding specifications (such as 29.5R35 or 24.00R35) to withstand complex road conditions with high loads and high impacts.

Komatsu HD605-7 mostly works in open-pit mines, quarries and other environments with strong impact and gravel scouring, which requires the rim to have high strength and strong deformation resistance, especially to maintain structural integrity during high-frequency loading and unloading.

The 3.5-inch rim height is suitable for wider tires, which enhances the locking ability with the tire body and prevents the tire from slipping or falling off when working under high pressure.

The five-piece split structure design is a professional structure commonly used in large rigid mining trucks. This structure is easy to disassemble and install, and is convenient for replacing tires, especially for quick maintenance in remote mining areas.
