Description
The DW25X28 rim features a one-piece (1PC) design, where the entire rim is forged or stamped from a single piece of steel; the rim, flange, and hub are integrated. There are no removable rim rings or center components, reducing stress concentration points at joints compared to 3PC rims.
The rim is made of high-strength steel produced in-house by Traction, heat-treated and surface-strengthened to ensure load-bearing capacity and impact resistance.
The one-piece structure provides strong overall integrity, eliminating the weaknesses of bolted connections and preventing accidents caused by loose bolts or cracked joints. This results in greater stability during heavy-duty and off-road operations. It is particularly suitable for large tractors operating on soft, slippery, or rough terrain to maintain stability.
