1. High Load-Bearing Capacity of the 8.00G-12 Rim: Forklifts need to handle heavy objects, placing extremely high demands on the load-bearing capacity of the rims. The 8.00-inch width ensures sufficient support for the tire bead, evenly distributing the enormous pressure from the heavy load. Simultaneously, these rims are typically made of high-strength steel, with a robust structure capable of withstanding the impacts and torques from frequent starts, stops, lifting, and turning.
2. Enhanced Machine Stability: Forklift operating environments are often confined, requiring frequent turning and high-level lifting. The smaller 12-inch rim diameter helps lower the forklift's overall center of gravity, and combined with the wider tires, significantly improves the machine's stability when turning and lifting heavy objects, effectively reducing the risk of tipping over.
3. Suitable for Solid Tires: This is one of the most critical reasons. Forklifts often use solid tires to avoid the risk of downtime due to punctures. These tires are very hard and difficult to install.
