A 15×28 rim size allows for the use of larger diameter and wider tires. This combination means a larger rear wheel contact patch, providing stronger grip and traction on soft soil, sand, and muddy terrain, effectively reducing slippage and improving maneuverability. The loader's rear wheels not only drive the machine but also bear the reaction forces generated by the machine's weight and load.
The 15×28 rim size, combined with thicker tires, enhances support under heavy loads, reduces tire deformation, and improves stability and safety during excavation or fully loaded operation.
The larger diameter rim corresponds to a larger overall tire diameter: This makes traversing obstacles (such as ditches, gravel, and steps) easier, improves adaptability to uneven terrain, reduces machine slippage and jamming, and improves operational continuity.
When working on uneven or hard surfaces: Larger tires (with 15×28 rims) provide better cushioning, absorbing more impact and vibration, improving driving comfort and handling stability (especially during extended operation).
