The 13.00-25/2.5 5PC rim is typically used in heavy-duty forklifts (15 tons and above, port forklifts, steel mill forklifts, etc.), offering significant advantages under high-intensity operating conditions.
The 13.00-25 specification matches large-section pneumatic or solid tires, and the 2.5mm flange thickness provides higher structural strength, suitable for frequent heavy-load lifting and prolonged high-load operation. It can stably support high axle loads in port container handling, steel coil transfer, and other similar conditions.
The 5PC structural design distributes stress, resulting in stronger impact resistance and less susceptibility to overall deformation. Even if localized damage occurs, individual parts can be replaced. It is particularly suitable for the impact load environments caused by frequent forklift starts, sudden braking, and steering.
Compared to integral rims, tire removal and installation are easier, maintenance does not require replacing the entire rim, and on-site maintenance efficiency is high. In continuous operation scenarios such as steel mills and docks, it can effectively reduce downtime.
